By using our website or booking services at Pillars Salon, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Appointments & Cancellations:
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to scheduled appointments. No-shows or
late cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. Cancellation policies may vary slightly
for independent service providers.

Independent Professionals:
Pillars Salon includes both employee and independent stylists, nail technicians, and estheticians. Services,
pricing, and booking policies may differ between team members. For those offering online booking, you may
be redirected to their independent booking platforms.

Payments & Online Booking:
Some services require credit card information at the time of booking. This information is processed securely
via Stripe, and Pillars Salon does not store or have access to your payment data. See Stripe's Privacy Policy

Service Pricing:
Prices are subject to change and may vary depending on hair length, service complexity, or stylist level.
Estimates can be provided during consultations when applicable.
