Cathy’s journey at Pillars Salon began when she walked in as a teenager for a haircut — and walked out with a job as a shampoo assistant. Since then, she’s grown with the salon, becoming its third owner and helping shape it into the welcoming, community-focused space it is today.

With decades of experience and deep roots in the Burnaby hair scene, Cathy has built lasting relationships with clients and staff alike.

While she is not currently taking new clients, her roots in the salon remain a meaningful part of its story.
