Is there ample parking near by?

City parking lot on the east end of our block on Madison St. and also on Carlton between Hastings St and Albert St. Hastings St parking on both the North and South side.
*No parking on Hastings South side 3:30pm-6pm for HOV lane. 


What colour line do you use?

The salon staff and most of our independent stylists use Joico. 

What payments do you take?

The salon takes cash, debit and credit. Our independent stylists vary. If booking with an independent stylists, please contact us to check their form of payments. 

Can I book a silent appointment?

Absolutely! We want you to feel safe and comfortable in our space. If you want to use your time with us to decompress without the chit chat, then let us know during booking and we can make a note on your appointment for your stylist. 

At Pillars Salon we ask that you give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is received, you will be charged at 50% cancellation fee for the appointment reserved.
